1. Customer intake
We ask what changed, what the computer is doing, how urgent it is, whether files are important and whether the customer has passwords, recovery keys or power adapters available.
Our Repair Method
A slow computer may be a failing drive, malware, too many startup apps, low memory, Windows corruption or a system that is simply past its practical life. Our method is built to give customers a clear answer.
Process
We ask what changed, what the computer is doing, how urgent it is, whether files are important and whether the customer has passwords, recovery keys or power adapters available.
We review symptoms, Windows condition, malware indicators, storage health, update status, installed programs, device age and likely hardware issues.
We explain whether repair, reload, upgrade, backup, PC Guardian or replacement is the best value. The customer should understand the reason before approving work.
We complete the approved work, verify basic operation, confirm obvious problems are addressed and explain any remaining risks or recommended next steps.
Customer-First
If a system is not worth repairing, we should say so. If a low-cost reload makes sense, we should say so. If an SSD upgrade will extend the computer’s life, we explain why. The objective is trust, value and a working computer.
We explain issues in terms customers can understand.
We weigh repair cost against the age and value of the computer.
We help customers avoid recurring problems where possible.
