If you pay $50 for gas at your  local gas station, then by gosh you should get that full $50 worth of fuel,  not just $25 in fuel because that’s all the gas station could deliver to your tank through their gas pump. With that said, If you’re paying for Gigabit internet service, you should rightly expect to get very close to  1 Gps of internet speed from your internet service provider, not 500 Mbps. Far to often, I have customers complaining of this all the time.
